Hey Warrior, Keep Going
Are you feeling deeply? Processing fully? Are you talking about your feelings? Or are you telling yourself they don't matter and bottling it all up? What are you bottling up or suppressing right now?
Community Meets are our way of increasing mental health awareness in our local communities to foster a sense of connection and belonging in communities where no one feels alone in their mental health struggles. It is our hope that through these meets, people in our communities can learn to be safe spaces for themselves and others and that together, we will build mindful, resilient and empowered communities that are inclusive, reject discrimination and support recovery for a Gambia where #MentalHealth is health!
